Charles Schulz Museum - Santa Rosa

Charles M. Schulz, creator of Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the whole Peanuts gang, was a native of Minnesota but made his home of 40+ years in Santa Rosa, CA. In the late 60s, Schulz and his wife funded the construction of an ice skating rink, Snoopy's Home Ice. The Warm Puppy Cafe shares a small corner of the building and Schulz has a table reserved next to the fireplace.

Shortly after his passing in 2000, a museum dedicated to his life and work opened next to the skating rink he built and spent so much time at. The museum includes insights into his creative process as well as unique tributes from artists inspired by his work. The museum also hosts his office, where all the magic happened, faithfully transferred from his home with its 60s-70s era decor.

Prior to visiting, be sure to check the museum's hours of operation, current admission prices, and the cafe's hours
